Domestic Returns

• Upon approval, you will receive a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely and drop it at the nearest courier facility.

• Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for different sizes or colors (subject to availability).

• If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on sale or clearance are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

• Gift cards and e-gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
